Great ordering system. Very easy to upload a picture. Outstanding customer service. I emailed shortly after placing ban order to notify of a possible change. I received an answer first thing the following day with a full explanation providing confidence in my decision process. The pictures came out so good that immediately ordered 2 more pictures to be placed in additional lockets. Love that they give u an assortment of sizes and extras for possible cutting mistakes. Reallyy blown away at the clarity of even the smallest picture. Excellent company and finished product. Thank you Mark
