Everything was fine and the photo was great! I wish there was an option to order the prints in the size I wanted. There was only a handful that fit my grandbabies lockets I bought. After cutting mistakes, I needed 2 more of that size. I tried using the larger ones, but they didn’t work after cutting down to size. Basically, I paid a lot for 4 locket pics. I am glad you offer the service and will use your company again. Sincerely, Jody

We think the multiple sizes is better than getting the exact size - some people give us weird measurements that are clearly wrong, plus I think having them all the exact size would cause issues as the exact size may not always be best. We see images where the cropping isn't great in the shape and having larger versions gives a lot of different crop versions to see what works. We also give the 2nd sheet without the shape overlay on the circle/oval and heart ones so there should be multiple chances. But any way you do it cutting them out is prone to errors so we feel your pain. Glad it worked out thought!
